The CW has a new “BATWOMAN” and now we get a first look of Javicia Leslie in costume.
In its first season Batwoman was played by Ruby Rose. Rose announced at the end of the first season that she wouldn’t be returning to the role due to the heavy physical demands.
Now we’ve got Javicia Leslie who was last seen in the CBS drama “God Friended Me” taking on the iconic superhero. Leslie is the first Black woman to play a live action version of the superhero.
