Disney+ plans to increase its subscription fees by $1 to $7.99/month in March 2021.
At an investors meeting last week, Disney announced an aggressive slate of programming for the streaming service, so a $1 increase still provides great value for the service.
In addition to a slate of new programming set in the “Star Wars” universe, the streamer will also offer movies and series based on their Marvel superhero library as well as other intellectual property owned by the studio.
