Fox Decides Fate of FILTHY RICH

Fox cancels “Filthy Rich” after airing five episodes. The southern gothic soap is based on the New Zealand soap of the same name. The Fox version differed greatly from the NZ version, which I thought was quite good. Fox should have followed the original’s blueprint. The characters were better developed with kore completing stories and motivations.

Fans will get some closure as Fox plans to air the remaining five episodes of “Filthy Rich”.

And while Fox cancels “Filthy Rich”, the show will be available on streaming service Hulu.
