One Day at a Time to Produce Animated Episode

Pop TV’s One Day at a Time which is arguably tv’s best family sitcom has come up with a creative work around to the show’s production being shutdown due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The series will produce a stand-alone animated special to air this spring. The episode, centered around Penelope’s visiting family discussing the upcoming election has been long planned and would have been a part of the live action episodes if not for the Hollywood shutdown of all productions last month.
