The HBO drama GAME OF THRONES walked away with 8 Emmys at the Creative Arts ceremony held on this past Saturday. When nominations were announced GAME OF THRONES lead all series with 24 nominations.
Among the acting categories, Joan Cusack finally won for Best Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for her role of Shiela in the Showtime series SHAMELESS.
Cusack had been previously nominated for the same role as Best Guest Actress in a Drama Series before SHAMELESS moved into the comedy category.
